GOOD VPN (StrongVPN or the like), TAILS Linux OS, TOR, PGP for ALL communications, End-To-End encrypted email (Tutanota is free), with the text PGP encrypted. Don't install Firefox on your cell phone and have it synch with your PC. Don't visit IOPs from your cell phone browser (even using StrongVPN and Tob (yes Tob, from the app store, an iOS compatible version of TOR)). All IOP activity should be limited to a single laptop.
The beauty of TAILS is that nothing touches your PC's drive (it runs entirely on a USB stick), and simply rebooting after using it clears your PC's memory cache, while TOR is non-persistent (unless for some reason you install a separate persistence USB stick).
Worst comes to worst you drop the cheap USB stick TAILS is on and stomp it thoroughly, scattering the pieces on different properties,
