Regardless of what bills are passed or not. The risk is always there. Some packages just don't make it and others cruise right through. I personally have never had one nabbed (knock on wood) . But you hear the story echoed throughout the interweb. We all take an inherent risk ordering online. It's just the nature of the world we live in. If a sender is flagged you'll see a big chime in of seized packages hit the web. They normally switch tactics since they don't want to lose customers. Best thing you can do is find someone with a good reship policy and be honest about lost orders.
