That's good but they already did, didn't they? Canada and the UK have the very effective inhaler-like vaporizer of THC/CBD in the best ratio possible, it's called Sativex. My cousin with MS who's getting a person with grave diseases (not Grave's Disease..well maybe those people get it too) gets the maximum welfare cheque because it's not because he doesn't want to work, but by the time he was 20, he was a BMX pro, using the same kind of parks I used skateboarding, and he knew it was coming and was gonna get real bad/worse sometimes. He smoked a lot of weed, but when he was prescribed Sativex...dear god, he basically forced me to take a "hit" from it and wow, it reminds me of strains of weed I didn't see often which are not the typical commercial high quality weed we got in Canada which is all M39 strain.
A perfect THC/CBD ratio insures no whiting out/too much psychedelia...(if people here ever had psychedelics in the past, I'm sure you noticed that weed tended to change in nature after that).
