Same guy Barq. The patriot and founding father of the revolution, Adams was a hands-on guy, a fire brand and instigator who led the Boston tea party. He had inherited a "malting", i.e., beer brewing company from his father and for a time made a stout malt for retail sale.
The founder of the Sam Adams beer of modern day is an admirer of the revolutionary, and led the move to craft beers in the U.S.
I made the right Boston connection then. I know the history in terms of events, but not specific individuals. Learn something new every day around here!

(I should add Brooker uses strong language etc, so treat as NSFW.)

Six Good New Netflix for October
1. BLACK MIRROR (2016)
NetflixThe consequences of relying heavily on technology is the central theme to this British-born anthology series, and it’s probably best you don’t know any more than that. After two seasons and a holiday special, creator Charlie Brooker is producing eight original installments for Netflix, including one curiously set in the not-very-digital '80s. (10/21)
