I read somewhere that there is a link between prescription antacids and alzheimers.

I have also heard that if you get a flu vaccine 5 yrs. in a row, it greatly enhances the chances of alzheimers. Not to mention the many other problems they can cause.
No flu shots for this bug. Can't remember when I last had one and I refused to let my mom get them while she was in the nursing home.

"Greatly enhances" is I guess sort of the key.  I've taken them for about 7-8 years.  Used to get the flu fairly regular. Now I don't.   But I'm familiar with your objection and have heard it before.  I respect your decision.
