i know they were top rated for a period of time. but, due to their location, they could have seen too many LLs go out. pure speculation on my part cause i moderated that thread but didn't read it to remember it.
but, no one mentioned them here. it would be in suggest an IOP.

but, never put up in suggest an IOP. i suspect that is for bad behavior, but someone will have to confirm for me. k? i just get a feeling that the country of origin was hit with too many LLs to make the vendor viable at the end.
