This is a true story on me...

That one meme about the look on the cashier's face

being priceless...

Well

I had Newfoundland dogs and the oldest (and best) died of old age...

Seeing how he was such a big dog, I decided to bury him on

G-Pa's farm up the country...

I went into "Handy Dan" back in the day, and was looking for the tools

to get this job done.. A college age fella came up to me and asked if he could

help me find anything....

I couldn't resist the offer...

I said,

"Do you have any shovels? The sturdy kind that the handle

won't break so easy?"

He said,

"Next isle over."

I said,

"Show me."

He took me around and I looked them over, checking the weight

and said,

"Nice one here... Fiberglass won't break too easy. Now do you have any garbage bags?

The really big kind, you know one that let's say a body could easily fit in and

fingers won't poke through easily?"

He said,

"Those are across the row over there."

Again I said,

"Show me."

He took me over there any they had heavy duty lawn and

leaf bags.

So I said,

"These will work great!

Now do y'all carry lime, you know to cover rotting odors?"

He said,

"That would be next to the lumber on the other end of the store."

I said,

"Thank you for your help."

And started that way, but I just couldn't resist

the icing on the cake.

I turned back to the fella and said in a quiet voice,

"If anyone ever asks, we never had this conversation."

I didn't go back to Handy Dan for over a year...
