Thank you Peony a lot of it is my own fault my job his very stressful high pace high pressure type of job but I actually really love what I do and I guess I’m almost a workaholic. So I bring a lot of the stress on myself. Which obviously does cause some of my anxiety issues but I been dealing with anxiety issues since I was a child. I definitely need more sleep but having insomnia and being a workaholic I find myself working all night. Sometimes I just have to force myself to stop working and try to get some sleep but then when I do that I feel like I just lay in bed for hours trying to sleep so I feel like it’s just wasted time.
I wish when I actually decide to lay down I could actually sleep. I’m a little jealous my wife can lay down and fall right asleep no problems lol.
So I can’t even really compare my issues to yours but I can relate and only imagine what you go through and I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. So I truly am hoping the best for you and hope things will get much better for you.
