Pro. As someone who was suspicious of this for quite a while, I was very surprised when I moved to a state where the option was open and I've been really surprised at how many ailments this is good for, by itself or as an adjunct. In fact, I was moved to try it when I saw how it was helping other people I eventually got to know. And considering all the uses that you ca derive from the source (not to mention economics, etc), I'm all for it.
