Beta blockers always help against anxiety, maybe the one better then the other.
beta blockers help me with occasional anxiety, such as having to give speeches or doing things that terrify me,,, like giving speeches in front of hundreds of people. My doctor gave me this just for that reason, so I use this when necessary.
