Length of the acute phase of benzo withdrawal?

I hope you have had success with your taper. Dr's just cutting people off has become the norm where I live as well. I have had people I know go cold turkey off of very high dosages and been okay, I tried and did not have the same success even being at a much lower dose.

I have tried a few tapers but I have no been able to. I hope you are doing well and are managing your anxiety.
