i haven't seen this discussed, but if your employer is a drug-free work place and does drug testing you can be fired for having THC in your system even if you have a medical card. Â It is still a Schedule 1 drug federally and federal law trumps state law. Â Recently ran across this And it is being fought in the courts. Â I will look for the article and link if I find it.

Refuse to apply to or work for companies like that. They will get the message eventually

I brought this up because of the article I read and I also can qualify for a card according to my state's listed medical conditions.  And surprisingly, the small town I live in, population less than 1500, received one of the states licenses' as a dispensary.  They are almost done with construction of the building and are running ads for employees.
