A covid nurse gave my sister this advice when she was released from hospital. Take vitamins B,C & D3, Musilex for drainage, Pepcid for leg cramps, Tylenol for headaches, Powerade, Power Zero, Water with electrolytes, water with honey or lemon, bananas for potassium, applecider, asparagus, avacado. Sleep on ur stomach so as not smash lungs, breathe thru nose out mouth, move ur arms, walk 10 mins a day,( like during commercial) if on a recliner don't lay bk, instead sit up Pedialyte. Strawberry & blueberry smoothies.
Basic Info as so many are being released as no room in hospitals at moment...

My wife tested positive for Covid and I'm waiting for the shoe to drop on me. She is a health care provider for mentally disabled adults. Her physician recommend the following vitamin regiment. Although she has several factors that put her at high risk for complications, she seems to be responding well to the vitamin regiment her doctor recommended. I hope this helps others to recover from this dreaded illness.
While Ill / Maintenance
Vitamin C - 500ng - 8-10 tablets daily / 4 tablets daily
Vitamin D3 - 50 mcg - 2 daily / 2 daily
Zinc Sulfate or
Zinc Gluconate or -4 daily / 1-2 daily
Zicam Tablets
Tylenol - 500mg -2 tablets 4-5 times daily

Hi everyone,
I haven’t been around in the past 3 weeks. I had Covid. Being in a state that is doing everything correct and myself following all the rules, wearing masks, staying 6 ft or more and not going out, it got me. I swear it’s in the air.
I was really sick for about 5 days, had horrible aches and pains throughout my entire body for 3 days straight, and ended up with pneumonia on top of everything.
Other than my RA I am a pretty healthy person. Please wherever you are wear your masks. Limit you outside travel. The only place I could have picked it up was at the grocery store. Ironically I have had my groceries delivered but on Dec 5, I went to the store myself. It had to have been there.
Covid is nothing to mess around with. It is now going on 3 weeks and I am still not up to par. This is not something to laugh about and it could happen to anyone.
If you don’t see online everyday, just wait I will be back full time soon.

Hang in there orange rabbit. I've read that it takes 25 days for the average person to get back to par. The more you rest and take care of yourself, the faster you will recover. I do recommend the vitamin regiment mentioned in my previous post. It seems to be helping my wife, and so far has managed to keep me from catching Covid from her. It can't hurt. Hoping and praying your feel better soon.
