That photo was done with a Cheapy point and shoot Canon film camera....gone to the trash can now.
Here's another with the same camera. Â These are the actual colors on this particular night.

WOW! All of these pictures are BEAUTIFUL. You guys need to get together and put them in a book. I'd buy it in a second.
They really look like Nat Geo. quality.

This is a fun picture I took in Albuquerque NM with and old Minolta SRT 101 film camera.
It's like an optical illusion.....the bear walking in the snow is a balloon riding in the clouds.

I've recently picked up a replacement Pentax K50, after having to sell my beloved K30 last year.
Even the most mundane things become beautiful with this camera. (Pentax SMC DA 50mm f/1.8 Lens)

Allegory, the wonderful thing about a still photo is that it can make YOU/ME/US stop and look at things we take for granted and never really see until your attention/mind is focused on the "mundane".
Zander, it's wonderful that your confused, thank you for being confused.....that was my intention when I took that balloon photo....yes, the Polar bear is a balloon.....along with the others in the picture......this was in Albuquerque, NM on my birthday.....it's a must see event. Â When I took the picture, I eliminated the horizon so as to be confusing.
This is the view from my best friends front yard on Maui....Wowi, he is sooooo lucky.

I enjoy your photos very much. I find myself photographing mostly ordinary things. I love urban architecture, practical design.
If it wasn't for trying to be responsible about exposing identities and whatnot for legal reasons, I'd love to go take pictures with you.
We're geographically close I'm pretty sure.
